Currently we are only shipping to United States and Canada.

In addition to the U.S. and Canada, we currently ship glasses to the following countries: Australia, Bahamas, Brunei, Cambodia, Chile, China, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Finland, Georgia, Greece, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Ireland, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Mozambique, Nepal, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, Northern Mariana Islands, Norway, Pakistan, Panama, Peru, Philippines, Poland, San Marino, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Sewden, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom, Venezuela, Vietnam.

However, it may change over time. Specific details are subject to actual circumstances; please refer to the information on the checkout page.

Note: The provided time frames include both the production of your custom glasses and delivery to your address. While we aim to meet these delivery times, please be aware that delays may occur due to the shipping carrier.

How much is shipping and how fast?

Standard shipping (10-20 days): $5.95 (USPS first class)
Express shipping (6-9 days): $23.95
Canada Express shipping (10-20 days): $18.95

What do I do if my glasses are damaged upon arrival?

Please take photos of the damage, then contact our customer service team and we will get you a new pair asap.

What’s your return policy?

We have a 30-day, hassle-free return or exchange policy for our eyeglasses. If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, we’ll get you set up with a full refund or an exchange within 30 days of receipt. Please note all refunds must be credited back to the original payment method.

All of our glasses come with one-year warranty. A replacement pair will be issued if there are clear defects in material or workmanship.

Please note the policy or warranty do not cover damages caused by accidents, negligence or improper care.

How to set up a return or exchange?

What do I do if I’m experiencing issues with my prescription?

Normally it does take a few days to adjust to a new prescription. But if you are having ongoing issues with your new prescription glasses, contact us at any channel (email, text, call, chat), we will help determine the issue and come up with the next step.
